Payment methods

You can use any of the payment methods listed below to pay for your order. Your security is important to us, so we guarantee the secure handling of your data.

PAYPAL, PAYPAL EXPRESS
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website. Here, you can log in with your user credentials to confirm your payment.

APPLE PAY
When using Apple Pay, you can select a credit card of your choice. You'll then be asked to provide your shipping and contact information. You can then confirm your payment using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

GOOGLE PAY
If you choose Google Pay as your payment method, you can choose from various credit cards and add new ones. Your payment information will be sent to Google Pay and encrypted there. You will then need to confirm the purchase by clicking the "Confirm Purchase" button.

CREDIT CARD
Our online shop accepts credit cards from MasterCard and VISA, among others. If you choose one of these credit cards, your credit card information will be automatically transmitted to us. After verifying your identity as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment process immediately after your order. The payment transaction will be processed automatically by the credit card company, and your card will be charged.

KLARNA
Select Klarna Purchase on Invoice as your payment method and submit your order. After a successful credit check, your order will be confirmed. This usually takes just a few seconds. Once your goods have been shipped, you will receive your invoice. You then have 14 days to pay the invoice via Klarna.

Once you've completed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation from us containing shipping information and an invoice. Klarna will then ask you to make the payment. You'll receive all the payment details with the payment request. To learn more about paying with Klarna, click here .

IDEAL
If you choose iDeal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to your bank's online banking and asked to log in. The total amount due and other transfer information will already be entered there – all you have to do is confirm the payment.

EPS BANK TRANSFER
The eps transfer can be used for orders from Austria. Since data such as the reference and payment amount are transmitted automatically, you only need to enter your username and PIN to authorize a transfer.

Please note that your refund will always be processed using the original payment method. Changes are not possible.
