Return rights

Please read the following instructions on how to return your items to us.

STEP 1: Before returning an item, please ensure it meets our eligibility criteria:

  • The item was purchased from our online shop
  • The item is in its original and new condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • The item has not been used or altered in any way

The return must be made within 14 days of delivery

STEP 2: Submit a return request using the form below.

STEP 3: Pack and ship the item.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

STEP 4: Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued within 7–9 business days via the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
