§ 1 General

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase and redemption of digital or physical gift vouchers acquired through our online shop at www.tiger-treasure.de. The law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg applies.

(2) In addition to these voucher terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply. If a gift voucher is cancelled within the statutory period, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. After the cancellation period has expired, an exchange is no longer possible.

(3) In the event of loss, theft, or accidental deletion of a digital voucher code after purchase, no replacement will be provided. The voucher holder is responsible.

§ 2 Purchase of gift vouchers

(1) Gift vouchers can be purchased in the online shop in fixed amounts. The voucher value cannot be freely chosen.

(2) Discount codes or promotional discounts cannot be redeemed when purchasing a gift voucher.

(3) Digital vouchers are sent via email. Physical vouchers are sent by post. Shipping costs may apply.

§ 3 Redemption of gift vouchers

(1) Gift vouchers can be redeemed in the online shop as well as in brick-and-mortar retail stores, once Tiger Treasure is officially represented there. Redemption is only possible at retail outlets that identify Tiger Treasure as an acceptance point.

(2) Redemption is effected by entering the code in the discount code or voucher field during the ordering process or by presenting the voucher at the checkout in the store.

(3) There is no minimum order value. The credit can be used until it is fully utilized. It is valid for three years from the date of issue.

(4) Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per order. Multiple gift vouchers cannot be combined. Gift vouchers also cannot be combined with discount codes or other promotions.

(5) If the credit balance is insufficient, the remaining amount can be paid via a regular payment method.

(6) Subsequent crediting of a voucher to orders already completed is excluded.

(7) Cash payment is not possible. In the case of returns, the voucher amount will be refunded in the form of a digital voucher. The original validity period remains valid.

§ 4 Discount codes and promotional vouchers

(1) Discount codes are only valid for eligible products. The following are excluded from the discount:

• Products in the internal category: Non-discountable
• Premium items and high-quality individual pieces
• Already reduced items and sale products
• Gift vouchers

(2) Discount codes are non-transferable, can only be redeemed once per order and cannot be applied retroactively.

(3) Only one voucher or discount code can be redeemed per order. Combining multiple vouchers or linking a gift voucher with a discount code is not permitted.

(4) In the case of returns, the discount will be applied proportionally. A new discount code will not be issued.

§ 5 Amendments

Tiger Treasure reserves the right to change these voucher terms and conditions at any time. The current version can always be viewed on this page.
