My size is sold out. Will it be available again soon?
If an item is out of stock, unfortunately, we are not always able to resupply it. However, you can still leave your email address using the "Size not available?" button. You will receive an automatic email notification when the item is available again in your size.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Once you've found an item you like, please select the desired size and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. All selected items will be saved in your shopping cart until your order is complete. When you're ready to complete your order, go to your shopping cart and click "Checkout." Follow the system's instructions, which will guide you step by step through the ordering and payment process. Once you've completed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation from us via email, which will list your selected products.
Please note that this order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.
How do I know if my order has been successfully completed?
After successfully completing the order process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the products you selected.
Can I add more items to my existing order?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to add additional items after completing an order. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email to info@tiger-treasure.de . If you have already paid for your order, it can only be canceled if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Otherwise, you have the option to refuse acceptance of your order.
Why was my order not accepted or canceled?
If the items you ordered are unavailable or your credit and identity checks fail, your order may be canceled or rejected. For further information, please email us at info@tiger-treasure.de .

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following credit cards for payments in the Tiger-Treasure online shop: Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron.
You can also use PayPal, Sofort Überweisung, Bancontact, and Apple Pay to pay for your order. Please note that some of the listed payment methods are only available in selected countries.

I paid by credit card, but I'm still waiting for my order. What happened?
Please note that your order can only be shipped if the credit card information you have entered is accepted. All card security details must be entered. Once the information has been successfully verified, the order will be automatically shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking reference and a link to our shipping provider's website where you can track your order.

To which countries is delivery possible?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary from country to country.
My shipping address is different from my billing address. Is that a problem?
Of course not. You can easily specify a different delivery address than your billing address; just follow the instructions during the ordering process.
What if I entered an incorrect delivery address?
If your order hasn't been processed in our warehouse yet, we can change your delivery address for you. Please contact us and provide your correct delivery address.
Can I have my delivery sent to a Packstation in Germany?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver orders to PO box addresses or to a packing station.
What should I do if I haven't received my package?
If you haven't received your order within the specified timeframe, or despite receiving confirmation from the post office, please contact us and provide the relevant order number. We will then initiate an investigation into your order.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track your order.
