Shipping time:

Germany:
Standard orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 working days, including processing time.
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation via email.

EU countries:
Standard orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days.

Outside the EU:
Standard orders are usually delivered within 4 to 14 working days.

All shipments outside of Europe may be subject to import duties (fees, import taxes, VAT), which vary depending on the destination country. These are calculated and collected based on the country of manufacture/origin and classification of the goods once your package arrives in your country. Tiger Treasure does not retain any duties or taxes during the order process and cannot predict the amount of any potential duties you may incur. Should such additional duties be incurred, they must be paid before your package can be released. In this case, the customer is responsible for these costs. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding your country's regulations.

Returns:

Orders can be cancelled and returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
You must bear the costs for the return shipment.

Tiger Treasure does not cover the costs of returns.
If there is something wrong with your product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
